My friend Paul Milosevich, an artist with impeccable taste, alerted me to this series of videos.It's the late great Roger Miller on a local Nashville show called Opry Almanac, hosted by Ralph Emory. This was shot in the mid 60s, when men were men and you could smoke right there in a tv studio! That's Thumbs Carlisle in the Batman shirt playing guitar with Roger. And Roger's interview banter is as classic as his music.
